STG's Infrastructure Analysis
STG has developed a process of investigation and conclusion to give a customer another viewpoint regarding their technology infrastructure. This is a great way to get an experienced organisation to review your company's current systems and suggest changes and/or enhancements.

The intention of the analysis is not to provide consulting effort to specifically analyse or implement a technology configuration to solve a problem. It is instead a look at the current infrastructure and the technology solutions it will support.

Technology Analysis
For larger IT environments STG has developed a process to collect information, interview staff, analyse and report data, and summarize findings. This process typically involves a four to eight week consulting project which results in a substantial formal report that includes various dimensions of data and analysis viewpoints.

These larger analysis projects are best suited for customers considering a strategic business change and desiring to know if their current technology infrastructure and staff can support or facilitate the business change. Software Selection
STG has developed a successful method to software application selection. This method is comprised of four main phases:

• selection of team and development of requirements
• solicitation of potential vendors and review of materials
• organization of outlined demonstrations and selection of candidates
• testing of selected candidates in priority order.
